All shipments are sent via the DHL Express Worldwide GoGreen Plus program, and we are committed to reducing 100% of air freight carbon emissions through the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). This service will be automatically applied to your order at checkout.

(Convenience stores will ask you to present your ID to verify your identity. We recommend having your ID ready at all times, as convenience stores often require identity verification even for orders that do not require payment.)

Asia: Delivered by EMS POS, arriving within 5-7 business days.

Mainland China: Delivered by SF Express, arriving within 5-7 business days (currently unavailable).

Worldwide: Delivered by DHL Express, arriving within 7-10 business days (currently unavailable).

Taxes and Duties

Your order may be subject to your country/region's local taxes and duties, which are outside of our control. If you refuse a NOLL package, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee, any import fees incurred for the package, and the return shipping fee. These fees will be deducted from your refund.
